Select a Product -
Choose product and check compatibility - all our products have size and fitting information on the product page please ensure you have checked your laptop's requirements or dimensions to double check the compatibility. If you are unsure which case or accessory is for you then please contact us.
Once you've chosen your product, simply click the Add to Cart button. You will now be taken to your cart displaying any items added to it. You can continue shopping for other products or head straight to the checkout. If the product chosen is out of stock you will be informed at this stage. You can still continue with the order and the product will be dispatched as soon as stock is available
Our Secure Order System will ask you to sign in. If you're a previous customer just enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer click on Continue in the New Customer Pane.
Create a Profile -
If you are a new customer, you now need to create your profile. You will need to complete basic contact details and create a password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess, a combination of letters and numbers creates the most secure password. If in the future you forget your password we will be able to email it to the address you provided. Fields marked with a red star must be completed. Once completed hit the Continue button.
Please note that the address you enter at this stage should be the billing address of your credit card. You will have the opportunity to set up a different shipping address later if you wish.
Congratulations! Now your profile has been created. A welcome email has been sent to the provided email address. If you have not received it within the hour, please contact us. Hit continue to proceed to the Delivery Information.
Delivery Information -
You can now change the shipping address if needed, simply click on the Change Address button and complete as required. If you wish the goods shipped to your billing address simply skip this step.
Customers based in the UK mainland have a choice of a postal delivery service, costing £3.49 (inc vat), which takes 2 - 5 working days, or a courier delivery service which costs £7.99 (inc vat) an takes 1 - 3 working days. For non-mainland UK addresses, we only offer the postal delivery service.
If any comments need to be added to the order to assist delivery please enter them in the comments pane.
Click Continue to go to Payment Information
Payment Information -
If you need to change the billing address for the order you can do this by clicking on the Change Address button. Please note that the billing address needs to be the registered billing address for your chosen payment method.
Please now enter the relevant information for your chosen payment method.
Click on Continue to proceed to the Order Confirmation.
Order Confirmation -
You are now given an opportunity to check the details of your order and change them if necessary. Once the details have been reviewed click the Confirm Order button to confirm the order.
Your order has now been successfully submitted! You will receive an email confirming this at the email address you provided. You will receive a further confirmation email once your order has been processed. This will occur during normal business hours.
If you wish to receive product updates for any of the items order tick the check box. Click Continue to now return you to the home page.
